Proposal,
University of Arkansas, Little Rock, AR, 11/01-9/02. Project: Designed,
built model and developed proposal for “Celebration Plaza” which
celebrates the 75th anniversary of the Little Rock Junior College, Little
Rock University and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Design
included sculpture/arch/carillon, plaza, terrazzo pathways, benches and
